How Saarathi actually works
- Aptitude first, not a knowledge filter. Before a batch starts you take the Saarathi Gate Assessment. It maps your reasoning, learning style, and pace, with no pass or fail, and the result becomes your personal learning plan. Beginners and career-switchers are welcome.
- Micro-batches. Ten seats per cohort means a mentor actually knows your name, your code, and where you are stuck.
- Ship every module. You finish each module with something deployed and public, not a screenshot of a finished tutorial.
- Real mentors. The people teaching you build software for a living, so the feedback reflects how the industry works today.
- In person and hybrid. Core sessions run in person at our Old Baneshwor classroom, with recordings and online office hours. Some cohorts run fully online with the same 10-seat cap.
What you leave with
A portfolio of deployed projects, a reviewed CV and LinkedIn profile, at least one 1:1 mock interview, referrals into our hiring-partner network, and a Saarathi Certificate of Completion. Pass the optional Saarathi Certification Exam (around 25 questions, 60% to pass) and you earn a separate online certification too. We don't promise or guarantee jobs; outcomes depend on how seriously you ship your work. But the launchpad, the connections, and the feedback loop are built into every track.

Saarathi runs career programs and skill modules across software engineering, full-stack web, frontend and backend, mobile (Flutter), data engineering and analytics, AI and machine learning, cloud and DevOps, cybersecurity, UI/UX design, and digital marketing. No. Foundation tracks such as Full-Stack Web, Mobile, UI/UX, and Digital Marketing welcome absolute beginners, and many students start with zero coding background. The Gate Assessment measures aptitude and learning readiness, not existing technical knowledge, so you cannot be filtered out for being new. Advanced tracks like Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Cloud/DevOps assume one programming language and basic Git. If you are unsure, the Gate Assessment will recommend a foundation or bridge module first.
Does Saarathi Academy guarantee a job after the course?
No, and we say so plainly. A job guarantee would be dishonest. What every track does build in is real career support: a deployed capstone, a CV and LinkedIn audit by working engineers, at least one 1:1 mock interview, and direct referrals to a network of Kathmandu and remote-first companies.
