Who we are

We'd rather teach ten people well
than a hundred barely.

We built the academy we wish we had.
You know the feeling. You sit in class, copy notes, and wonder: "Am I actually learning anything that fits the job description?"
We felt that too. So we built Saarathi. Ten people in the room, a syllabus you can read before you pay, and projects that go live. We treat you like a junior dev from day one.
Visit us in Old Baneshwor. Come say hi, grab a coffee, and see how we work.

How it works

How Saarathi actually works.

Five key choices we make to build an engineering school, not a certificate factory.
  1. A syllabus built from job ads

We rebuild it from what employers are hiring for, so it goes past the basics. Read every week of it before you pay.
  2. Strictly 10 seats

We cap classes at 10 students so your mentor has time to check your code every day.
  3. Shipped public systems

You build and launch real, working web applications online that employers can audit.
  4. Active engineer mentors

Learn from active developers who write code for a living, not slide-deck trainers.
  5. Old Baneshwor classroom

Learn in a physical space. Access our classroom every Sunday to code with your peers.
What you leave with

You walk out with proof, not a receipt.

  • Real apps and websites launched live online
  • Your resume and LinkedIn profile reviewed by working developers
  • Practice coding interviews to help you prepare for job applications
  • Job recommendations and introductions in our local tech network
  • A certificate you earn by passing a coding exam, not just for showing up

We do not sell fake job guarantees. Getting a job depends on your effort and portfolio. We provide the workspace, mentors, and network. You build the proof.

From the founder

Why this school exists.

NK

Niraj Kafle

Founder, Saarathi Academy

An active full-stack AI engineer who spent years building scalable web systems and API layers. He founded Saarathi to create the exact practical engineering mentorship he wished he had early in his career.

Everyone fires prompts now. The difference is between “it works” and “why it works”. That difference is what we built this school to teach.

FAQ

The questions people actually ask

We are an engineering school, not a training center. Mainstream institutes pack 40+ people into a room to read slides. Saarathi caps batches at 10, teaches computer science fundamentals underneath abstractions, and requires you to ship deployed systems. The focus is on proof of skill, not attendance.
