Why This Course?

Why This Course?

Most PM courses in Nepal teach the Scrum Guide read aloud: here are three roles, four ceremonies, three artefacts, now go. That memorisation does not survive your first real sprint when the PO disappears for a week, two engineers disagree about the estimate, and the client adds a feature on Wednesday.

Saarathi rebuilt this curriculum around a different promise: you will learn why each ceremony, artefact and role exists, when it breaks, and what to do when it does. The mental model first; the click path second. The Scrum Guide still gets read, but you read it with a frame: "this exists to solve a specific failure mode I have now seen in a simulation."

Target Audience

Who Is This Course For?

  • Absolute beginners with no prior PM experience who want a structured entry into the field
  • Team leads, developers or designers transitioning into management without losing technical credibility
  • Freelancers and ops staff who need to run client projects professionally
  • Career changers targeting Project Coordinator, Agile Delivery Coordinator or Associate PM roles
  • Anyone preparing for CAPM, PSM I, PSPO I or PMI-ACP certifications
  • Founders running their own projects who want the discipline before they hire a PM
