- Schedule
- 2 hrs a day, 5 days a week
- Outcome
- Junior Digital Marketer / SEO Specialist / Growth Associate
Why This Course?
Saarathi rebuilt this curriculum around one idea: SEO is back at the centre of digital marketing, and AI changed how it works. Employers and clients want performance marketers who can get a website ranking on Google, run paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads that actually make money, write content that both people and AI search tools recommend, make ad visuals with AI that still look human, and report results a business owner can trust.
Skills You'll Master
Curriculum
Week by week, what you learn and build
Week 1
The Marketing Landscape, Funnel & Your Customer
- The digital marketing landscape and channels: SEO, content, paid ads (Meta + Google), email
- The funnel and customer path: awareness to interest to consideration to purchase to loyalty, with one metric per stage (reach, click-through rate, conversion rate, cost per lead)
- Growth marketing: the AARRR funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, referral, revenue), one North Star metric, and growth loops vs one-off campaigns
- An Ideal Customer Profile from a real Nepal-business interview (jobs-to-be-done, pains, objections)
- Positioning, value proposition and messaging tested against three competitors
- A five-competitor audit with Meta Ad Library, SimilarWeb, Ahrefs / SEMrush / Ubersuggest and Screaming Frog, plus the free SEO browser extensions you keep using all course: Detailed SEO Extension, Site Checker and Wappalyzer
- Where the AI toolkit fits as a research and drafting partner (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity)
Week 2
How Search, Social & AI-Search Work + Marketing Math
- How search engines work: crawl, render, index, rank, AI-summarise, and why SEO exists
- How social feeds and the ad auction work: bid × relevance, and CPM (cost per 1, 000 impressions) as the price of winning
- How answer engines and AI search decide what to show: AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation, the direct answer in a featured snippet, People Also Ask or AI Overviews) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation, a citation inside ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini), built on the first-200-words answer
- Marketing math: CPM, CPC = spend ÷ link clicks, click-through rate (link vs all), CPC = CPM ÷ (1, 000 × CTR), conversion rate, cost per lead, frequency
- Unit economics: ROAS = revenue ÷ spend, breakeven ROAS = 1 ÷ margin, cost per lead to cost per qualified lead to cost per customer, breakeven cost per lead (LTV:CAC, POAS and MER at awareness level)
- Attribution: GA4 data-driven vs last click, Meta 7-day click and 1-day view windows, and why platforms disagree
Week 3
SEO, Measurement & Testing Fundamentals + Site Setup
- How SEO actually works in practice: Google's core ranking rewards helpful, people-first content; crawlability and indexing; why site speed and structure are ranking groundwork
- Keyword research and search intent: branded vs non-branded keywords and a first keyword-and-intent map with free tools (Keyword Planner, Ahrefs Webmaster Tools, Bing Webmaster Tools, GSC)
- Your written measurement plan: which events and conversions matter, a UTM naming rule, and what Search Console, GA4, Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity each track (Search Console goes live in Week 4, the rest in Week 6)
- A/B testing and the growth experiment loop (idea backlog, ICE score, one test, a written learning): a hypothesis, one variable, sample size and minimum detectable effect, no peeking, "directional" calls at small volume
- Owned channels and platform risk: your site, email list, YouTube SEO and WhatsApp Business contacts, and the AI toolkit map
- Site, accounts and hosting setup: niche locked, domain (or a free
.com.np) registered, hosting (Hostinger, Bluehost, SiteGround) chosen with the real first-year price checked
Week 4
WordPress Build, Technical SEO + Keyword-Driven Content
- Hosting, domain and WordPress install, a fast Gutenberg theme (Astra / Kadence / GeneratePress), Yoast / Rank Math, Google Site Kit and Redirection
- Performance stack and Core Web Vitals: free LiteSpeed Cache, ShortPixel / Imagify, LCP/INP/CLS (WP Rocket is a paid option only)
- Sitemaps, indexing and Schema.org (Article, Breadcrumb, LocalBusiness, Organization; FAQ and HowTo results no longer show in Google), then HTTPS, www redirects, clean 301 maps and a Screaming Frog launch crawl (free 500-URL tier)
- The site verified in Search Console, sitemap submitted, and the performance and indexing reports read, with branded and non-branded queries split
- Pillar + cluster topical authority (1 pillar = 8 - 15 articles) from your keyword-and-intent map, with the on-page craft checklist
- First ranking-intent articles with the 2026 AI content stack (Perplexity research, Claude long-form, ChatGPT hooks) and the 30%-manual-rewrite rule, two published
Week 5
EEAT Content, Owned Channels, Off-Page, Local SEO & AI-Search Visibility (AEO + GEO)
- EEAT polish: author bios, cited sourcing, original data, each draft checked against the top 5 results with AI and a free checklist, visuals from free tools (Canva, Adobe Firefly); Surfer SEO / Frase shown as a paid demo
- Owned channel: email, your main retention channel, and deliverability (Brevo / MailerLite free plans, SPF / DKIM / DMARC)
- Owned channel: YouTube SEO (TubeBuddy / vidIQ) and a WhatsApp Business demo
- Off-page authority and white-hat outreach: editorial links, digital PR, brand mentions, broken-link and unlinked-mention reclamation
- Local SEO: Google Business Profile end-to-end (products, services and review replies feed Google's AI answers), NAP citations (Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, Yellow Pages Nepal, niche Nepali directories), service-area pages and reviews
- AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation: question-led headings with a 40 to 60 word direct answer under each, featured snippets and People Also Ask) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation: first-200-words answer, query fan-out, a logged AI-answer test), with a monthly Looker Studio SEO dashboard
Week 6
Paid Ads I: Tracking, Meta Ads, AI Creative, Testing & Lead Quality
- The one operator model (reused on Google), how Nepali businesses pay for ads, and the learning phase: about 50 results a week, and a large budget change can restart it
- Advantage+ go/no-go and lookalike audiences: a seed list, the 1% slice, and why the seed quality decides the result
- Tracking wired via GTM: GA4, Microsoft Clarity, the Pixel plus Conversions API, deduplicated and verified in DebugView and Test Events before spend
- Hook rate = 3-second views ÷ impressions, hold rate = ThruPlays ÷ 3-second views, and the free AI creative stack (Canva AI, Firefly, CapCut, HeyGen, ElevenLabs)
- A/B testing on Meta with a small budget: Experiments vs the Creative Testing tool, two versions only, a spend agreed before any call
- Click-to-WhatsApp ads, the split first reply, and a CRM loop with one Make.com lead flow: cost per lead vs cost per qualified lead, with eSewa / Khalti taken in the chat
- CRO: landing-page conversion rate in GA4, five Clarity recordings watched and one fix shipped
Week 7
Paid Ads II: Google, Retargeting, Creative Fatigue & Campaign Launch
- Google Search on the same operator model: match types, RSAs, a negative-keyword list, Quality Score
- Enhanced Conversions and Smart Bidding on your Search campaign, with Performance Max, AI Max for Search and Demand Gen shown as a mentor demo
- Retargeting and exclusions: 7-day, 30-day and 180-day audiences set up with their own message, buyers excluded from prospecting
- Creative fatigue: frequency above about 3, link CTR down 20 - 30% from baseline, CPM rising, hook rate falling; act when two agree, and scale budgets gradually
- A cross-platform UTM check: why Meta, Google and GA4 each claim the same sale, with holdout and lift tests as a concept
- Campaign launch on your own niche site and page (or a real local business when your mentor finds one): one SEO piece, one paid channel and one organic channel on one goal, live by Day 3 of Week 7 with a read-out plan
Week 8
Campaign Reporting, Attribution Read-Out & Career
- Campaign optimisation against its plan (fatigue signals, one change at a time) and the ONE organic-social platform your audience uses
- Full-funnel reporting: impressions, CPM, link CTR, CPC, conversion rate, cost per lead, cost per qualified lead, ROAS or breakeven, GSC clicks, non-branded rankings
- An honest attribution read-out: what each platform claimed vs the CRM, in a one-page Google Sheets report a Nepal SME owner can act on, ending with your next three tests ranked by ICE score
- Freelance pricing in NPR + USD for SEO, paid ads and AI content work
- Day 3 · CV, job applications and LinkedIn: CV rewrite with quantified campaign bullets (spend, CPL, hook rate, ranking, % change) in Nepal + remote versions; where marketing jobs are posted (company career pages, merojob, KumariJob, JobAxle, LinkedIn, hiring-network referrals, Upwork, Fiverr); tailoring your CV to a job post, a short cover note and an application tracker; LinkedIn headline, About, skills, a featured project and a post; portfolio published on your WordPress site
- Day 4 · Mock interview: a mock interview day for everyone; each student diagnoses an unfamiliar account with AI allowed and answers a few questions on marketing math, attribution and SEO, completed with written feedback and one thing to fix
- Day 5 · Project showcase and presentation: a 5-minute pitch of your project and live campaign and its results to the batch and mentor (the problem, what was hard, what you would do next), then questions and feedback

Questions we
actually get asked.
Can't find yours? Send an inquiry or visit Old Baneshwor. We'll give you a straight answer before you commit.
Yes. Almost every business in Nepal now runs a page, a website and paid ads, and needs people who can get found on Google and read their own numbers honestly. The ones who get hired can show a page they ranked or an ad account they actually ran.
The current fee is NPR 24,200 for the full 8-week, 80-hour program. Classes run Monday to Friday for 2 hours of live session per day, giving you 80 guided hours plus another 2 hours of expected daily self-study (campaign builds, content drafts, SEO audits, analytics deep-dives). On Day 5 each week, the last 1 hour of the live session is a built-in revision and campaign-clinic block for consolidation and doubt-clearing. Payment by cash at our Old Baneshwor office, bank transfer, or Fonepay.
No technical background is required. What helps most is active social media familiarity, spreadsheet comfort and curiosity about how campaigns are measured and improved. The Saarathi Gate Assessment runs before Day 1 as a no-pass/no-fail diagnostic that just maps your starting point so trainers can tune support from day one.
Yes, all three. AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) is getting picked as the direct answer on Google: featured snippets, People Also Ask and AI Overviews. GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) is getting quoted inside ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini answers. You learn both ideas in Week 2, then build and test them on your own site in Week 5. Growth marketing is growing a business with small, measured tests across the whole customer journey. It starts in Week 1 (AARRR funnel, North Star metric), continues in Week 3 (ICE-scored test ideas) and ends with the next tests in your Week 8 report.
Four phases, in order. (1) Foundations across three weeks (a real third of the course): the channels, the funnel, growth marketing (AARRR funnel, North Star metric), your audience and positioning; then how search, social and AI-search actually work, plus marketing math (CPM, CPC, click-through rate, conversion rate, cost per lead, ROAS, breakeven) and attribution; then SEO, measurement and A/B testing fundamentals, a keyword-and-intent map, a written measurement plan, and your site and hosting setup. (2) SEO plus owned channels: build a fast WordPress site and connect it to Search Console, get the technical basics right (site speed, structured data, a Screaming Frog crawl), do keyword research and write content that ranks with the trust signals Google rewards (EEAT), run email deliverability and YouTube SEO, then earn links, win local search with Google Business Profile, and structure content for direct answers and AI answers (AEO and GEO). (3) Paid ads on Meta (tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, Pixel + Conversions API, the learning phase, Advantage+ and lookalike audiences, hook rate, A/B tests sized to your budget, cost per lead vs cost per qualified lead) and Google (Search with Enhanced Conversions, with Performance Max and AI Max shown as demos), plus retargeting, creative fatigue and a UTM check across platforms. Your campaign goes live in Week 7. (4) Campaign reporting with organic social, full-funnel numbers, your next tests ranked by ICE score and freelance pricing, then the last three days: a CV, job applications and LinkedIn day, a mock interview day, and a project showcase where you present your project. AI is woven across every week: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, HeyGen and ElevenLabs.
AI is woven into every week, not a separate module: Perplexity for research, Claude for long-form content, ChatGPT for ideas and ad-copy variants, Gemini for Google tasks, Canva AI and Adobe Firefly for visuals, HeyGen for AI presenter videos, ElevenLabs for voiceover, Notion AI for content calendars, and one Make.com lead flow into a free CRM. Paid tools such as Surfer SEO, Frase and Midjourney are shown as options only. The rule we drill is the 30% manual rewrite: AI drafts the scaffold, you do the human edit that actually converts.
A new site rarely reaches page 1 in a few weeks, so we do not promise it. We aim for real traction on the WordPress site you build in Week 4: at least one non-branded keyword in the top 20, or a rising trend in non-branded impressions in Google Search Console, plus a logged test of how AI answer engines handle your topic. It is a job-readiness goal, not a certificate requirement. Low-competition long-tail keywords can move in that time; "best laptop in Nepal" takes years. We are honest about that on Day 1.
Common entry paths include Junior Digital Marketing Executive, SEO Specialist, Social Media Manager, Performance Marketer, Content Marketer, Marketing Analyst, Growth Associate and freelance marketing support roles. Pay scales with your skills, portfolio, and whether you work locally or for international/remote clients. We do not promise a job or a salary; we build your portfolio, run a mock interview, polish your CV and LinkedIn, set a freelance pricing baseline, and refer you into our hiring network.
Maximum 10 students per batch: your campaign and SEO recommendations get reviewed by a working marketer, not buried in a class queue. Hybrid by default: in-person at Old Baneshwor with online recordings and office hours. Sunday Open Classroom is open to every enrolled student: pair on builds, get unstuck, or just focus. Every student gets direct mentor time on their campaign scope, creative critique, SEO strategy and attribution decisions.
Yes. If you need it, you can sit in on one class for free before you pay. Message or call us to pick a day.
Because SEO compounds: one published article keeps earning traffic for years, and it is the cheapest channel to scale once it works. AI also changed the discipline, with Answer Engine and Generative Engine Optimisation (AEO and GEO). So SEO runs through Weeks 3 to 5 (technical, on-page, off-page, local, AEO and GEO), and you keep reading your site's Search Console data until Week 8.
No. We give you a small ad budget to test with. It is enough to learn the tools and read real numbers, but too little to prove a small difference between two ads, so we teach you to test two versions and call small results "directional" instead of pretending. The only cost you pay yourself is a domain and hosting for your site, roughly NPR 4,000 to 8,000 for the first year. In Week 6 you also learn how Nepali businesses pay for ads: Meta and Google do not take eSewa or Khalti directly, so they use a dollar card from a Nepali bank or an agency account billed in NPR with a VAT invoice.
