Admissions and enrollment
Applications, counseling, assessment, seat confirmation, and final enrollment remain subject to Saarathi review, available capacity, and the program fit determined during the admission process.
Prerequisite fit and placement
Saarathi may decline, defer, or redirect an application when prerequisite readiness is not yet strong enough for the selected course or module. Placement decisions are made to protect student outcomes and classroom quality, not simply to maximize enrollment.
Fees and payments
Payment schedules, seat-booking rules, due dates, and approved payment methods are confirmed during enrollment. Non-payment can pause access to sessions, materials, assessments, or certificates, and confirmed seat-booking fees are generally non-refundable unless a stated exception applies in writing.
Attendance, projects, and certification
Students are expected to attend consistently, complete required assignments honestly, follow trainer guidance, and meet published standards. Certificates are issued only when attendance, submission requirements, conduct expectations, and payment obligations are fully satisfied.
Academic integrity and conduct
Cheating, plagiarism, impersonation, abusive behavior, harassment, disruption of classes, or misuse of academy systems can lead to warnings, restricted access, removal from a batch, or certificate denial depending on severity.
Operational changes
Saarathi may adjust trainers, classroom arrangements, schedules, delivery modes, supporting tools, or specific project examples when needed for quality, safety, logistics, or academic continuity. We aim to make these changes responsibly without reducing the core promised learning outcome.
Website and digital services
Our website, digital forms, and supporting systems must not be misused for spam, fraud, scraping, unauthorized access, abuse, or attempts to disrupt normal operations. We may block access or take protective action when misuse is detected.
Liability and service boundaries
Saarathi provides education, mentoring, and operational support. We do not guarantee admission, employment, internships, client work, platform approvals, visa outcomes, or third-party decisions. Results still depend on student effort, readiness, consistency, and market conditions.
