Terms of Service

Review Saarathi Academy policies for admissions, fees, refunds, attendance, certification, conduct, and the operational rules that govern our programs.

These terms explain the rules that apply when you inquire about, enroll in, or participate in Saarathi Academy programs, services, events, consultations, or website experiences.

They cover admissions, payments, refunds, attendance, class recordings, certification, conduct, schedule changes, and the operational boundaries that help us run programs responsibly.

Admissions and enrollment

Applications, counseling, seat confirmation, and final enrollment remain subject to Saarathi review, available capacity, and the program fit determined during the admission process. Every student takes the Saarathi Gate Assessment before Day 1. It is a diagnostic with no pass or fail. We use it to plan your learning, not to reject you.

Prerequisite fit and placement

Saarathi may decline, defer, or redirect an application when prerequisite readiness is not yet strong enough for the selected course or module. Placement decisions are made to protect student outcomes and classroom quality, not simply to maximize enrollment.

Class format and schedule

Live classes run Monday to Friday, two hours per day, with a maximum of 10 students per batch. Batches run online and in person at Old Baneshwor Chowk, Kathmandu. Sunday open classroom is available for catch-up and practice. If we need to cancel or move a class, we inform the batch and adjust the schedule so you do not lose class time. Your class mode, in person or online, is locked after the first 7 days of class. You can switch between in person and online only within that first week; from the 8th day you continue in your chosen mode for the rest of the batch.

Fees and payments

We accept cash at our Old Baneshwor office, bank transfer, and Fonepay. No other payment methods are supported. Your fees are agreed in writing during enrollment; Saarathi does not offer installment plans. Non-payment can pause access to sessions, materials, assessments, or certificates. If your dues are not cleared within 7 days of your class starting, your student portal is paused until the balance is cleared.

Refunds, transfers, and deferrals

The booking fee is 30% of the course fee and is non-refundable. It holds your place in a 10-learner batch and commits mentor time, so this 30% is not returned whether or not you go on to enroll. If you clear the full course fee at admission and then decide not to continue, you may request a refund of 50% of the total fee in writing within the first 7 days of class. After the 7th day of class, fees are non-refundable except where an exception is agreed in writing. If you cannot continue with your batch, ask in writing about transferring or deferring to a later batch. Approval depends on seat availability.

Class recordings and materials

Classes may be recorded. Recordings are shared only with the enrolled batch for revision and catch-up. Recordings and course materials are for your personal study. Do not redistribute them outside your batch.

Attendance, projects, and certification

Students are expected to attend consistently, complete required assignments honestly, and follow trainer guidance. The Certificate of Completion requires passing the Saarathi Certification Exam at the end of the course: about 2 hours, around 30 questions, with a 60% pass mark. Attendance, submission requirements, conduct expectations, and payment obligations must also be satisfied. Recommendation letters are separate. Mentors issue them at their own discretion, and they are never guaranteed. For a lost or damaged certificate, write to us and we will reissue it after verifying your identity and records.

Academic integrity and conduct

Cheating, plagiarism, impersonation, abusive behavior, harassment, disruption of classes, or misuse of academy systems can lead to warnings, restricted access, removal from a batch, or certificate denial depending on severity.

Operational changes

Saarathi may adjust trainers, classroom arrangements, schedules, delivery modes, supporting tools, or specific project examples when needed for quality, safety, logistics, or academic continuity. We aim to make these changes responsibly without reducing the core promised learning outcome.

Website, accounts, and acceptable use

You sign in to the student platform with your Google account. We never store passwords, so keep your Google account secure and do not share access with others. Our website, digital forms, and supporting systems must not be misused for spam, fraud, scraping, unauthorized access, abuse, or attempts to disrupt normal operations. We may block access or take protective action when misuse is detected.

Career support and service boundaries

Saarathi provides education, mentoring, and career support: portfolio building, mock interviews, and referrals where we can make them. We do not guarantee jobs, salaries, internships, client work, platform approvals, visa outcomes, or any third-party decision. Results still depend on student effort, readiness, consistency, and market conditions.

Policy updates and contact

Saarathi may update these terms when operations, services, or legal requirements change. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected], or asked by phone at 9744442469 or 9761095364.
