Marketing & Creative Intern

Saarathi Academy teaches tech skills in Kathmandu to people starting from zero. Batches stay small, ten students at most, and every course is built around real projects.

We run our own marketing, the pages, the posts and the ads, with no agency in between. So you see the whole thing: the idea, the post, and how many people messaged us after it.

This is a 3-month internship at our Old Baneshwor office, Sunday to Friday, working on live campaigns with real budgets.

• Plan and make posts, carousels and stories for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Design simple graphics in Canva or Figma that look like us.
• Write captions and ad copy, and test versions against each other.
• Track how posts and ads perform, and share what worked and what did not every week.
• Help shoot photos and short clips at classes and events.

• You have made content people responded to, for yourself, a club or a business.
• You are comfortable in Canva or Figma, and you know Instagram and Facebook from the creator side.
• You write clearly in English and Nepali, and you can say a lot in a few words.
• You want to know why one post works and another does not.
• You can be at our Old Baneshwor office Sunday to Friday for the full 3 months.

• Live campaigns with real budgets, and the numbers behind them.
• Work for your portfolio, with results you can show.
• Feedback every week from the person who runs our marketing.
• A certificate and a reference letter when you finish, and a good intern can be offered a role.
