Saarathi Academy teaches tech skills in Kathmandu to people starting from zero. Batches stay small, ten students at most, and every course is built around real projects.

Most people who join us start with a WhatsApp message after seeing an ad. Whether they end up in the right course depends a lot on the person who answers. That is this role.

You talk to people who message us, call them back and meet the ones who visit. You find out what they want, tell them honestly whether a course fits, and help them take the next step. Full-time, on-site in Old Baneshwor.

• Reply to new leads on WhatsApp quickly, and call when a call helps.
• Answer questions on courses, schedules and fees clearly and honestly.
• Meet walk-in visitors, show them the classroom and help them choose.
• Follow up until each lead joins or tells you no.
• Log every conversation in our dashboard so nobody falls through the cracks.

• You have sold before, in a shop, an institute, a call centre or online. Any kind counts.
• You are clear and warm in Nepali and English, on the phone and face to face.
• You follow up without being pushy, and one unanswered call does not stop you.
• You would rather tell someone a course is wrong for them than sell them the wrong one.
• You can work full-time from our Old Baneshwor office.
